I chose this hotel for attending a business conference, and I was pleased with the event facilities. The meeting room provided ample space for our gathering, and the hotel's proximity to the Défense CNIT complex was a major convenience. it was a great location for both business and leisure guests.
The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. In today's digital age, having a strong and stable internet connection is essential for business travelers, and unfortunately, it was a bit lacking during my stay.

Walls are paper thin, bathroom is a tiny plastic module that would be suited to a building site, its a disgrace they charge as much as they do ...there are other hotels that offer much better value for money

Some of our favorite spots such as arc de triomphe were adjacent to the hotel. Within walking distance of the restaurant le grand delice.

I had a fantastic stay at Douglas. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. the hotel's location in the historical area was perfect, and it was very convenient to have easy access to public transport, especially the tram. the surroundings were charming, with plenty of options for lunch and dinner nearby. the room itself was clean, nice, and just what I needed for a comfortable sleepover.
Douglas was definitely great value for the money.

Broken shower, tv Not working, credit card machine not working, rip off vending machine and worst of all - terrible directions given which lead me to take 30 mins for a 10min destination.

Tbh, had a really nice stay for a short business trip. The place was fairly clean and we loved guest room. The staff were all super-friendly, pleasant. The hotel was in the residential setting up to the Tram for La Defense. It was also just next door to restaurants and tram/train stations and shops.

Location is ok, but the transit in Paris being what it is, one has to be cautious. Warning: the Tram t2 is very close bu there are about 75 steps down and when it rains it can get very slippery. If you're not a nimble youngster anymore, well, going down these steps can be quite adventurous. For going up there are escalators.
Bathroom size is unbelievable, not worthy of the name, more like a small closet that was converted into a bathroom. Elevator is also coffin sized. Breakfast was fair.

This hotel is very good and nice, with a location that makes it very easy to get straight into Paris. The room I stayed in was bigger and more modern than I expected, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only minor downside was the noise from the street as I had to keep the window open.
